This is an old farmhouse that had undergone several earlier renovations and additions, none of which were done well. This BPC project involved demolishing the additions, building new additions, and completely renovating the old farmhouse. The renovated home has four bedrooms and five full and one half bath. The appearance of the historic home from the street was carefully preserved. This includes a wrap-around porch with distinctive decorative metal posts.
